Brindac & Son Private Investigations
Many of the investigations concluded with the removal of the dishonest employee and the creation of new policies or a change in existing policies designed to eliminate any future losses.
The late Captain Robert W. Brindac Sr. joined the Westmont Police Department, a Chicago suburb, in the late 1960s. He reached the rank of Captain, as well as developing and supervising the town`s first detective division. Captain Brindac was instrumental in defining Brindac and Son`s mission statement: "To provide a professional, intelligent investigative service in a cost-effective manner."
Our goal is to offer our clients our best efforts in every facet of every investigation. We pledge to conduct investigations with a goal of not only solving the case, but also keeping our client`s best interest in mind -- in all respects.
Service Of Process
Our general service of process consists of five attempts. A courtesy phone call is normally made to the attorney, on divorce summons or other sensitive processes, after the service has been completed. For local clients, large litigations are picked up if needed. Local clients can also call our office on rush services and the court documents will be picked up and executed the same day.
Enhanced Service Of Process
Designed for those defendants who are eluding service from deputies and process servers. We have been effectively serving those difficult subjects who have been successful in evading service by the Deputy Sheriffs or process serving companies who use conventional methods. We are creative and innovative in our approaches and trained to quickly locate the respondents, and to attempt to serve them in the most efficient manner possible. Each service is carefully analyzed to minimize the number of attempts.
Corporate Fraud Investigations
Our firm has specialized in assisting business and industry in the protection of assets through a variety of sophisticated investigative techniques. The investigations include investigating purchasing irregularities, kick-backs, expense fraud, warehouse theft, check fraud, cash handling variances, organized theft rings, cargo thefts, fraudulent refunds, credit card and other acts of employee dishonesty.
