All documents are typed by the translator in Word or WordPerfect. Each document is handled professionally with special attention given to formulas and technical wording. All translations are provided in electronic form as well as hard copy. The final document is sent by e-mail or fax per client instruction.

Translation
To get a quote we need to see the actual document. Our charge is based on language, complexity and urgency. Fax, email or mail the document to us and we will send a quote to you promptly.

- Make sure that we know what you want and when you want it to get the proper quotation.

Interpreting
We provide this service for depositions, trials, business meetings, trade shows and other occasions as required. The charge per hour varies with the language. Since interpreters schedule their time accordingly, we require a two hour minimum guarantee.

- Since an interpreter schedules their time accordingly, cancellation of this needs to be within 24 hours of the scheduled time or there will be a charge.

Voice-Over narration
As a part of the marketing materials business, a script is converted and supplied to a voice-over narrator. We can translate and provide the voice over tape as a completed effort.

Desktop Publishing
If your translated text is for publication, we can provide the "camera ready" form.
