Lakeshore Nannies believes that it takes a very special person to be a nanny. They are responsible for nurturing our children and teaching little lessons about life everyday. Our Enrichment Program is designed to give nannies tools to provide a stimulating environment for children in their charge.
Lakeshore Nannies offers our Enrichment Program as a stand alone service for Families that have found their Nanny through other sources. Families will have access to our educational resources and tools. Families will also receive unlimited phone consultation and support from our professional Lakeshore Nannies team. Each family will have their own consultant assigned to assist them and their Nanny.
We make the process of finding a caregiver easy for you by only providing qualified candidates. You only interview pre-screened, near or exact-fit candidates to your specified requirements. To conserve your time, we take on the task of filtering inappropriate candidates.
Lakeshore Nannies conducts and records an initial in-person caregiver interview for your review at home. Resumes of probable candidates are also provided. From this roster, you select caregivers you would like to interview. In-home appointments are made according to your availability. Enter your selection of a primary candidate, a detailed background check, including a rigorous review of available public records, is performed and documentation is provided to you. This includes the following:
Criminal and civil violations in Lake County and Cook County,
Illinois Prior domestic abuse convictions
Sexual offenders listing
Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles
Incarcerations
Confirmation of work eligibility document(s)
