In 1992, the patriarch of our European Chalet family, Joseph Kapusciarz, bought the property located 1/2 mile from where he and his wife raised the family. Together, our family worked together to build European Chalet Banquetsâone of the finest banquets facilities found in the Chicagoland Area.
Through a lot of laughter, sweat and tears, we worked hard to build this business and to become the best banquet facility we could be.
